Residential
Roofs worthy of the houses beneath them.
From Georgian terraces in Bath to Victorian villas in Clifton, we work in the materials and methods each house was built with.
Our approach
Every roof is read before it is touched.
Period properties carry a century or more of repairs, alterations and compromises. We survey first, explain what we find in plain terms, and recommend only what the roof genuinely needs.
Natural Welsh and Spanish slate, handmade clay tiles, reclaimed stone and modern single-ply membranes — specified for the building, its setting, and where required, the conservation officer.
